ShapWiki gets GeoRSS export

ShapeWiki just got a small update today with GeoRSS feed support. You can get GeoRSS feeds for:
- individual shapes: California
- recently added/updated shapes: recent shapes
- tags: state tag
Check it out by going to maps.google.com and pasting http://shapewiki.com/tags/state.rss into the map search box.

Is there any handy tool for converting TIGER shape files to GeoRSS XML format? (I need to display all the US school districts on my Virtual Earth maps, and I think that GeoRSS is the way to go.)

I have been using shapewiki to create some areas of Alexandria, Virginia and I think I put too many points on a shape. The site's cursor went from pointer to hourglass in rapid succession nonstop. Can you see if you are seeing the same thing? Sorry if I caused any issues.
